december 10

i am emoing right now.

this trip to japan will certainly be a important chapter in my life. when i grow old and decrepit, i will again look at these photos and say hey jianan, your life aint all shit and pee after all.(how uncivilised =) )

there are 3 things that predominantly occupy most part of my thinking brain. namely, 2.4 run, guitar and studies. i will fail myself in all 3 components if i were to rate myself now. i lack discipline and determination. while studying, my mind will drift to somewhere else. and frankly speaking, i haven did an iota of homework. my running is as bad as ever. running made me feel psychologically worse especially after my trip to the mindef intership programme MIP for short. the slowest in the ocs airforce is 9.30. i take 4 min longer than that. lastly to guitar. the only part which i will get a S, which is a sub-pass. my la catedral is far from smooth and the 3rd movement sounds like like a broken and capriciously out of battery record player(awakard expression). but a S for player 5 times a day.

missing japan

the kind of feeling i am having now can be said as emptiness. this kind of feeling always arise when one returns from holiday or returns to normality after climax. i am the first case. returning to singapore and facing the multitudes of tasks that awaits me is in deep contrast to my days in japan where fun, laughter and relaxation fills the day. so in order to fill my empty void, i watched the koda kumi concert first things for the entire morning, knowing i should study instead. how i miss japan!! and now i regret not buying koda kumi's 2nd things concert dvd. (well it was 4000yen so it was really expensive and so i thought, but now it seems that the marginal benefit is greater) i really desire to speak japanese to somebody, but i know whatever methods i take will be quite futile.
tomorrow i am going to mindef for some form of attachment, hopefully as i get busier, other thoughts will occupy my mind. i will also upload my photos and write a detailed account of my days there.
